Step 4 · Origins & CORS

For security, NAVI only accepts the widget on origins you've listed, and the loader only trusts postMessages from NAVI's own origins. Register your site's origin(s) under CORS & Origins in the Portal. If the widget loads but stays blank, or the browser console shows a blocked postMessage, a missing origin here is the usual cause.
